Our first location on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, VAMOS Balgowlah is where it all began. Tucked between local cafés and supermarkets, this space has quickly become a welcoming hub for people over 40 looking to train smart, build strength, and stay active for life.

Mosman is our second location and flagship VAMOS gym. Situated at Spit Junction, parking and access is available from Bridgepoint Shopping Centre. The gym has 12 workout cubes, 5 coaches and our entire HQ team upstairs.
