Kym didn’t like how ageing was starting to feel. People say your 60s are the new 50s, but for her it felt more like she was in her 70s. She knew something had to change. Not by training for marathons or being thumped by bootcamps, but by finding a way to get stronger that fit her life, gave her confidence back and made her feel young and in control again.

At VAMOS, she discovered a sustainable, long-term solution. With the support of a dedicated coaching team and a no-judgement environment, her mobility, flexibility, and strength have improved 100 fold. Each session makes her feel more capable, and the encouragement from both coaches and fellow members has helped her stay consistent.
