As Adison approached his 40s, he realised that staying “generally fit” wasn’t enough anymore. He’d never done any kind of weight training before, but wanted to build real strength. The kind that would give him confidence in everyday life and set him up for the long term. The idea of walking into a traditional gym didn’t sit right with him though. He didn’t want to guess what to do, work around other people, or wonder if he was doing it properly.

Week after week, that structure helped him build momentum. The sessions were challenging, but never overwhelming. With coaches checking form, spotting heavy lifts and adapting his program as he progressed, Adison started seeing results and believing he could go further than he’d first imagined.

What began as a simple goal of “getting stronger before 40” has now become part of his life. Strength training is no longer something he should do, it’s something he genuinely enjoys. He’s exceeded the goals he set when he first walked in, and now trains knowing he’s building strength that will carry him well beyond his 40s.
