Neve's pathway into the health and fitness industry began during her time working as a student nurse. This experience highlighted the critical importance of health promotion and the prevention of ill health, shaping her passion for helping others lead healthier, more resilient lives. Now with over seven years of experience, she has supported individuals across a wide range of disciplines, including one-to-one personal training, group fitness, and delivering structured health programmes.
Neve is passionate about developing a deep understanding of the unique barriers individuals face when trying to adopt healthier lifestyle habits. She recognises that no two people are the same, and takes the time to explore each person's circumstances, motivations, and challenges in detail. Her approach focuses on building sustainable habits rather than short-term fixes, empowering individuals to make meaningful, long-lasting changes to their health and wellbeing.
She combines practical strategies with ongoing support and accountability, helping athletes feel confident, capable, and in control of their progress. Her background in nutrition and health coaching allows her to take a holistic approach to training, ensuring that athletes have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed both inside and outside the gym.
