Over the past 10 years, Michelle has worked in the fitness industry as a sports strength and conditioning coach for rowing, basketball and netball teams.
She has also worked with ageing populations in supervised gym environments and Exercise Physiology clinics, teaching people how to move well and get stronger. Her coaching experience spans athletes from 12 years old through to 95 years old, working with each individual to develop strength and movement quality.
Michelle's favourite coaching moments come from seeing athletes accomplish an exercise or strength goal they have been working hard towards, proving to themselves they are capable of lifting heavy. She is passionate about helping others discover their potential and sharing her love of fitness and the outdoors.
Michelle believes in leading an active lifestyle as you age, and works to support her athletes in building sustainable strength and movement practices that serve them throughout life.
