Laura has spent the past eight years building her career in the fitness industry, working across one-to-one coaching, group training, youth fitness, and supporting elderly and vulnerable members of the community. Her professional experience also includes working alongside physiotherapists to help injured athletes return to movement safely and with confidence. She has led workshops, managed gym operations, and taught both yoga and Mat Pilates, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how people move and what they need to thrive.
Laura is passionate about the science behind strength and conditioning, understanding the "why" and "how" that make training effective. More importantly, she focuses on explaining these concepts in a way that's simple, practical, and genuinely useful for the athletes she coaches. She values getting to know each athlete personally, so she can understand their needs, support their goals, and guide them in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
At the heart of Laura's coaching is a strong belief that fitness is for absolutely everyone. No matter your age, background, experience, or starting point. She is committed to creating a supportive, empowering environment where every athlete feels seen, encouraged, and capable of achieving far more than they expected. Helping athletes gain strength, confidence, and belief in themselves is what inspires her daily.
