About

Kirra is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with five years of professional experience. She has worked with a wide range of injuries and chronic health conditions, including diabetes, chronic lower back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis, disabilities, and mental health conditions. Her clinical background has given her deep expertise in tailoring exercise programmes to each person's unique needs and goals, no matter how ambitious they may seem.

Kirra is passionate about helping people enhance their independence, improve their mental wellbeing, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. She values the importance of integrating movement into busy lifestyles and stays current with the latest research to ensure her programmes are evidence-based and effective. Driven by a commitment to helping individuals become the best version of themselves, she creates training approaches that are both practical and sustainable for the long term.

Outside of VAMOS, Kirra has spent seven seasons as a semi-professional athlete in the NRLW, giving her firsthand insight into balancing work, training, and recovery at a high level. This experience has shaped her strong appreciation for wellbeing, resilience, and the importance of prioritising recovery in high-demand environments - principles she brings to every athlete she coaches.
