About

Jaime is a passionate Exercise Scientist with eight years of experience coaching clients across a wide variety of fitness levels from athletes chasing optimal performance to elderly individuals working through rehabilitation programmes.

His own journey into health and fitness began through an injury history that led him to spend time in the gym rehabilitating, before enrolling in a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2017. This personal experience shaped his deep understanding of what it takes to recover, rebuild, and come back stronger.

Athletic principles drive Jaime's programming philosophy, but he strongly believes that individuals of all ability levels should be striving to be their fittest, strongest selves. His approach is informed by years of clinical experience working alongside physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, helping clients rehabilitate injuries whilst building the strength and resilience they need to stay active as they age.

A Central Coast boy at heart, Jaime splits his time between Sydney and the Central Coast, where he plays cricket with his hometown club, Terrigal. This balance between his coaching work and athletic pursuits keeps him grounded in the realities of training, recovery and performance principles he brings to every athlete he works with.
