Gabi has spent the past five years in New Zealand working in her own personal training business with a wide variety of clients and goals.
Her journey in fitness began at a young age, where a love for movement and sport evolved into a passion for strength training and overall wellness. This passion led her to complete a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Exercise Science and Physiology in 2021, giving her a strong scientific foundation for her coaching approach.
She believes fitness should empower people to move well, feel strong, and build confidence both inside and outside the gym. She enjoys working closely with clients recovering from injuries or navigating mental barriers in their fitness journey, helping them reconnect with their bodies and rediscover what they're capable of.
Her coaching style is supportive, educational, and strength-focused creating an environment where every athlete feels encouraged, capable, and challenged to perform at their best.
