It all starts with a free (and no obligation to join) VAMOS discovery session with one of our expert coaches. During this 45-minute 1-on-1 consultation, we’ll do the following.

  • Get to know and understand you, your current exercise habits, goals and needs.
  • See how you move through some simple exercises.
  • Complete a biometric body scan showing your current muscle mass and body fat percentages.
  • Start planning your strength training programme options with you.

Workouts designed for you

3 month Training Seasons

Let's go!

Every athlete is provided with a bespoke workout training programme (up to 5 workouts per week) and the support to complete them in 12 weeks. Exercises and workouts (30 – 45 minutes) change and adapt through sub-phases to keep it interesting and engaging.

Workout Cubes

Each VAMOS location has 8 identical Workout Cubes, separated by walls to create private training spaces.

Each Cube is kitted out with everything you need to follow your bespoke training plan, delivered on an interactive tablet that tracks every rep and set. Zero time wasted.


We don’t believe in going it alone. A VAMOS Coach is always on hand to support with technique, motivation, troubleshooting, and support.

They also provide support outside session times via digital communications, phone calls and regular events throughout the Training Season.


What is a Training Season?

A Training Season is a 3 month cycle aligned with the annual seasons. During the season you will follow a bespoke training programme based upon your goals and number of workouts per week you can fit in. We run 4 Seasons a year to allow for continuous training.

Individual workouts in the programme are designed to take between 30 to 45 minutes to complete – depending upon the specific programme and phase of the programme.

YES, although your sessions need to be booked. 

No, we work with Athletes of all ages and fitness levels. Each programme is entirely bespoke to your needs, current abilities and future goals. You don’t need any strength training experience.

  • Monday – Thursday: 5:30am – 8pm
  • Fridays: 5:30am-6pm
  • Saturdays: 6:30am-2pm
  • Sundays: 7:30am-12:30pm 

Yes, you can. Our Workout Cubes are spacious enough for solo or partner training. We can devise a shared programme and partner workouts to meet your common goals. You’ll also enjoy a discounted Training Season rate if you train with a partner.

Workout Cubes are private training spaces kitted out with all the equipment you need to complete your workout. There is a mirror to help you check your form and shelving for your phone, water bottle and bits and pieces, and your programme is delivered on an interactive tablet in the Cube.

  • Kettlebells 
  • Medicine balls 
  • Adjustable bench 
  • Rig to mount barbell
  • Dual pulley cable for full ‘machine’ like capability 
  • Overhead bar for pull-up variations and TRX mounting
