A VAMOS Training Season is a 3 month cycle aligned with the annual season. During the season you will follow a bespoke training programme based upon your goals and number of workouts per week you can fit in. We run 4 Seasons a year to enable continuous progressive training.

Every programme includes:

  • Pre-season health assessment and programme design consultation.
  • A bespoke and holistic 12-week training plan to complete in 3 months.
  • Week 1, 7 and 13 strength test sessions and body composition scans.
  • Your chosen number of VAMOS workouts.
  • Booking availability and flexibility on your terms.
  • Full access to the VAMOS & VOLT training apps.
  • App workouts provided for home, holiday and working away.
  • Weekly strength training motivation and education emails.
  • Coach support and accountability to complete all your sessions. 
  • 3 x  Strength Training and wellness Seminars (in-person or online).
  • End of season party.

Next Training Season

Our Spring 2024 Training Season begins on Monday 2 September and ends on Sunday 1 December. Athletes have 13 weeks to complete their 12 week training programme.
